- Placing of Order - Before placing the order, please read and observe our terms and conditions and place your orders.
- Warranty for Products - Equipment carries a warranty for one year from the date of delivery. (ONLY FOR COMMERCIAL HEAVY FOOD EQUIPMENT) (Not applicable for fast food equipment). The warranty will not be applicable if any electrical/electronic component is damaged due to voltage fluctuation. Any physical damage, transit damage, glass, rubber, and consumable parts cannot be covered under warranty. It includes the replacement of spare parts having manufacturing defects and labor costs for our technician. However, it does not include traveling, local conveyance, lodging, and boarding expenses of the technician, as well as the transport cost of spare parts.
- Delivery of Goods - Normally 5 to 45 days (subject to availability) after full payment is received along with required documents. Delivery will be done as per machinery stock availability from our warehouse. Please check availability with us via email at enquiry.subiksha@gmail.com.
- Prices (Ex Rate) - Our warehouse/godown/factory.
- Transportation Charges - For all heavy goods (more than 25kg), loading of machines onto trucks at our warehouse is included, but transport and unloading at your factory are not. We will ship the goods on a To-Pay basis to your billing address or transporter godown.
- Insurance - Transit insurance at 2% will be applied on your behalf from our warehouse to your given invoice address to ensure safe delivery of goods.
- Installation - The installation charges are applicable for technicians for imported equipment and heavy-duty products. Lodging, boarding, and transportation expenses must be paid by the customer. Plug-and-play products can be installed by your technician or electrician. - Important Safety Condition - Required gas pipeline installation must be carried out by you through an authorized agency and tested before commissioning the rotary or deck oven.
- Government Sales Tax - As per government norms, GST is applicable.
- Payment - 100% advance payment is required via our payment gateway. For advance bookings, 70% advance payment is required along with the purchase order, and the balance must be paid before delivery.

- Order Cancellation - Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled, and advance payments are non-refundable.
- Packing - Wooden box, reaper packing, or carton box packing charges are extra.
- Jurisdiction - Any disputes will be subject to India, Tamil Nadu, Madurai jurisdiction only.
